Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin is quickly becoming one of the funniest athletes to be featured in ads.  This new commercial will have you cracking up.

I love the concept behind these new commercials for the 2013 Kia Optima.  The time travel idea is hilarious.  Blake Griffin goes back in time and points himself in the right direction.  There are other commercials where Blake tells the young version of himself to practice free throws.  There is another commercial where he tells the young version of himself to play basketball instead of football and to stop wearing jean shorts.

In this commercial, Blake tells the 10-year old version of himself to stop playing the racing video game “Tire Burner” and to start playing a basketball game called “Slam Dunk.”  The way Blake says “Bingo” followed by him kicking the horse and saying “Giddy Up” is hilarious.

Blake’s dry sense of humor in these commercials works perfectly with the lines he delivers.  It’s not a stretch to suggest that Blake is approaching Peyton Manning territory with these solid commercials.  Each one of these Blake Griffin commercials just seems to get better and better.  Good stuff, Kia.
