
Brewers Tie Up NLCS with Game 4 Win
The Milwaukee Brewers took game 4 of the NLCS 4-2 and with the win, they tie up the series at 2-2.
The Brewers got a huge start from Randy Wolf, who went 7 innings giving up 6 hits, 2 runs, walking one, and striking out 6. The two runs came from two solo home runs by Matt Holliday and Allen Craig of the Cardinals. After Craig's home run, Wolf pitched 4 2/3 innings of scoreless baseball.
Milwaukee got some key hits from their star Ryan Braun, as well as former Yankee Jerry Hairston Jr. Both of whom had 2 hits in the game. Nyjer Morgan also had a 2 hit effort. Morgan had been under fire for some tweets he sent out regarding the Cardinals.
The two teams play again Friday evening with the first pitch at 8:05PM in game 5 of the NLCS.
