Buster Olney Reacts to Richard Durrett [AUDIO]

Life isn't fair.

And several nights this week I have rocked my daughter to sleep, with tears in my eyes thinking about how Richard Durrett won't get this opportunity with his unborn third child or two other kids.

I don't get it.

But I do know that his passing has had a huge affect on the media world and beyond. If you want to know more about who Richard was, read from Dallas media guys Anthony Andro and Jeff Wilson.

On Thursday, I asked Buster Olney to tell us what he would remember about Richard:

"He was one of the nicest people I've ever met," said Olney. "The last thing he'd always say to you, 'Hey, is there anything I can do for you? ... Let me know.' He was a friendly person. He was wonderful. It just hurts.

"Richard was one of the best people in our business."

RIP, Richard Durrett. You will be missed.
