There's an upcoming casting call 90 mins south of Albany for a major NBC series that stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Adrien Brody, and more, and here's what we know about it!

Developers are working on a new project set to debut on NBC Peacock sometime in 2022, and they've announced a casting call later this month just outside of Albany.

The actors chosen will have a role in a star-studded series featuring Oscar winner Adrien Brody, Natasha Lyonne, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, among others.

The casting call is for a show called "Poker Face," an NBC Peacock 10-episode mystery drama series to be filmed primarily in Newburgh, NY - about 90 minutes south of Albany.

So, what's this new NBC series about?

Most of the plot details have been kept under wraps but reports that the show will see Lyonne’s character "working to solve different murders in each episode."  According to the story in Variety, there isn't much chronicled about  Gordon-Levitt's character including how many episodes he will appear in.

According to the Daily Voice, both men and women actors are needed for separate filming sessions and the commission is paying locals near New York's Hudson Valley.

Here's what types of actors and actresses they're looking for according to the Daily Voice:

Men and Women in the age range of 50-70 years old will portray dinner theater patrons between Friday, June 17 to Thursday, June 23.
Men and Women in the age range of 60 will portray retirement home residents between Monday, June 27 to Saturday, July 9.
