Casey O'Connor managed the CBA baseball team to a AA Championship and his management style is one to behold. The Brothers beat Shake 7-4 yesterday to win the title and O'Connor joined the show this morning to discuss his strategy, the tough run to the championship, advice he has recieved from a legendary coach that he uses to this day and how he strategized against launch angles to help his pitchers. Speaking of Section II, two of the products will be on display tonight. Ian Anderson pitches against the Boston Red Sox but all eyes nationally will be on Kevin Huerter in a pivotal Game 5 for the Atlanta Hawks. Kevin Huerter always makes a play or two that doesn’t show up in the box score. The Former Shenendehowa altered the shot of Seth Curry at the buzzer on Monday and Atlanta held on for the three point win to even their best of seven series at 2 games apiece. Huerter scored in double digits but it was a  defensive play at the end of the game on Curry that was a difference maker. Huerter earns his 35 minutes of playing time, but it’s for reasons that don’t always show up on the stat sheet. Tonight against the 76ers, I expect more of the same for the Maryland product but with Trae Young nursing an ailing shoulder, I hope he gets more looks from long range. Young had 18 assists in Game 4 so expect Kevin to get plenty of looks off of feeds from Young.
