Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski collected his 903rd career coaching victory on Tuesday night, the most wins for any division I head coach in NCAA history as Duke defeated Michigan State 74-69.

Mike Krzyzewski began his coaching career learning from Bob Knight, the long time head coach at Indiana University. Coach K began as an assistant to Bob Knight, who was the leader atop the all-time wins category for division I coaches. Now, Coach K will take over the leader board for his mentor Bob Knight and stand alone on top for most men's coaching victories.

Kryzyzewski has been coaching at Duke University since 1980. While at Duke, Coach K has accumulated four national championships, coached the USA basketball team to a gold medal in the 2008 Olympics, and won 12 ACC regular season championship titles.

Duke got big contributions from Andre Dawkins with 26 points and Seth Curry with 20 points.
