Another Western New Yorker football star has realized their dream of playing in the National Football League.

The former University of Buffalo and West Seneca East football star Evin Ksiezarczyk will have a chance to realize his dreams of playing in the NFL after signing a deal with the Minnesota Vikings.

Ksiezarczyk graduated from UB last season and signed as an undrafted free agent with the Atlanta Falcons before being cut during the pre-season. He was invited to the Vikings rookie camp last week and signed with the team.

He red-shirted his freshman season with UB in 2015 before playing 50 games for the Bulls over the next four seasons. In 2019, as a senior, Ksiezarczky started 13 games at left tackle and was named All-Mac first team.

Ksiezarczyk stands 6 foot 6 and weighs in at over 300 pounds and is expected to compete for a backup role on the offensive line as well as a place on the special teams.

He is just one of a number of Former University of Buffalo players in the NFL and one of the few people from Western New York to make it to the National Football League.
