One day after being released by the Buffalo Bills, now-free agent running back Fred Jackson could be set to find a new home...

As a Seahawk fan, I have to say: I'm ecstatic about this move. Jackson will help the Seahawks on third down and can spell Marshawn Lynch at times. The Seahawks offensive line is also quite porous and Jackson is excellent in blitz pickup.

Furthermore, a Jackson signing would reunite Jackson and Lynch, who teamed up in Buffalo after Lynch was drafted out of California.

What could the signing mean for Robert Turbin in Seattle? I'm not sure. I hope nothing. I like Turbin's speed and power and I'd hate to see him be the casualty of a Jackson signing.

Rapaport also reports that the Ravens had interest in Jackson, which leads me to wonder: If these playoffs teams saw Jackson as a valuable asset, how couldn't the Bills find a role for him?
