A Green Bay TV station has some fun at the expense of NFL replacement officials.  Hey, Green Bay deserves a little wiggle room when it comes to criticizing officiating.

Like most places, the Capital Region was buzzing on Tuesday after the NFL replacement officials screwed up the Monday Night Football game between the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks were awarded a 14-12 win when the replacement officials incorrectly ruled a touchdown catch by Seattle receiver Golden Tate.

Listeners called “The Noe Show” and “Game On with Bruce Jacobs” to voice their displeasure with the replacement officials. Can you imagine what was happening in Green Bay? Holy cow! We had NFL fans in the Capital Region get animated. How about the hardcore Packer fans in Green Bay? Yikes!

This Green Bay TV station, NBC 26, poked fun at the replacement officials in a funny way. It was a great concept that was executed very well. The graphics were hilarious and the replacement weather guy did a great job.
