The controversial House Bill 2, also known as the "Bathroom Law" in North Carolina, has inspired the NCAA to pull its most popular event, the NCAA men's basketball tournament, out of Greensboro this March. The reverberation of this decision may be felt here in the Capital Region as the Times Union Center in downtown Albany may be the beneficiary of the relocation.
