After finishing in second place in the NBA D-League 3-point contest, Jimmer Fredette ended his All-Star Weekend experience in a big way:

Fredette set the record for the D-League All-Star Game with his 35-point performance.

Jimmer went 13-19 from the floor in the game and was 6-12 from three-point range. He also added six rebounds and eight assists.

Fredette is shooting 49 percent from the floor this season for the Westchester Knicks to go along with 43 percent from three and 91 percent at the foul line.

One would hope that this all-star performance is going to help catapult Jimmer back into the NBA. The D-League events were all held in Toronto under the eyes of NBA scouts and personnel, so Jimmer had a chance to be seen by everyone in the league.

The numbers that he's put up seem to warrant a call-up to the NBA soon. I'm not entirely sure why it hasn't happened already.

WATCH the highlights above.

The East won the game, 128-124.
