New York Yankees center fielder Curtis Granderson was robbed of a base hit by Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Chad Jenkins on Friday night.  I never seen a play like this before.

The New York Yankees radio broadcasting team of John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman nearly had a cow when Chad Jenkins made this incredibly unique play. I was driving around in the Capital Region while listening to John Sterling yell, "I've never seen that before," on 104.5 The Team, ESPN Radio.

The good news -- the Yankees were able to go on to beat the Blue Jays 11-4 on Friday night. The bad news -- the Yankees lost to the Toronto Blue Jays 3-2 on Saturday. The Baltimore Orioles also beat the Boston Red Sox 4-3 on Saturday night.  The Yankees are deadlocked with the Orioles atop the AL East.  Both teams are (91-67) this season.

The Yankees will face the Toronto Blue Jays today in a very important game at 1:07pm ET.  The Orioles take on the Boston Red Sox today at 1:35pm ET.  There are only four games remaining for the Yankees this season.  Listen to the Yanks incredibly critical game against the Blue Jays today on 104.5 The Team, ESPN Radio.
