The Raiders used the 18th pick in the third round of the NFL Supplemental Draft to select Terrelle Pryor.  By drafting Pryor, Oakland will not have a third-round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.  Pryor will most likely get a contract in the neighborhood of a four-year, $2.36 million deal.  He will likely get a signing bonus just under $600,000.

Terrelle Pryor is regarded by most as a marginal talent at the quarterback position.  However, Pryor ran the 40-yard dash in 4.36 seconds on his Pro Day.  He has the athleticism to possibly be an asset at another position.  Pryor is talented enough from an athletic standpoint for a team to take a flyer on him.  Unfortunately for the Raiders, a third round pick is not exactly a flyer.
