Full disclaimer: You all know I'm a Seahawk fan. So, I am happy that the 'Hawks beat the Lions last night. They almost didn't, until Kam Chancellor forced a Calvin Johnson fumble right before the goal line.

That Johnson touchdown wouldn't have guaranteed a Lions win, but with the lack of success the Seahawks had on offense, it would have probably guaranteed it.

The only thing wrong with the play? After Chancellor knocks the ball out, linebacker KJ Wright batted the ball out of the endzone in order to ensure a touchback. That is illegal, and the Lions should have had the ball on first and goal at the one-yard line.

The call was wrong. The Lions could have won had the call not been made.

But you know what? Get over it.

One play doesn't decide a game. It never does. Sure, one or two plays can have a big impact and often do. But?

The Lions had pressure on Russell Wilson all night. They forced two Wilson turnovers in the 4th quarter. They didn't move the ball all night. They had plenty of chances.

You can blame the referee, but the Lions have no one to blame but themselves.
