South Carolina defensive end Melvin Ingram was drafted with the 18th overall pick by the San Diego Chargers.  When Ingram went on stage after being selected in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft on Thursday, he unveiled an impressive handshake with commissioner Roger Goodell.

I love that Goodell actually participated with Ingram.  Goodell was a little stiff on the backhand of the handshake, but it's the effort that truly counts.  He did a respectable job with Ingram, and the fact that he actually took part in the elaborate handshake is awesome.  I can't see Bud Selig or David Stern doing this anytime soon.  Good job, Rodge.  This was a cool gesture.
