(AP) — Lorenzo Cain had three RBIs and the Kansas City Royals erupted for seven runs in the second inning to beat the San Francisco Giants 10-0 and force a Game 7 in the World Series. Mike Moustakas hit a solo homer and had two RBIs, and Eric Hosmer laced a two-run double to back rookie Yordano Ventura, who held the Giants to three hits in seven innings. Jeremy Guthrie starts Wednesday night for Kansas City against Tim Hudson in a rematch of Game 3, won by Kansas City 3-2.
