Just because someone is famous, doesn't make them good at everything, and that's been proven a few times by celebrities who have played in MLB Spring Training.
Reports are circulating that the Yankees have reached out to the Mets about potentially trading for Steven Matz. The New York Post's Mike Puma and Ken Davidoff are reporting that due to the injuries the Yankees' starting rotation has suffered they are interested in Matz.
Stop me if you've heard this one before, a major Yankees' star is getting more tests to determine the extent of an injury. New York Yankees' slugging outfielder Aaron Judge has had multiple tests so far that haven't been able to pinpoint the source of discomfort in his right shoulder. Today reports are he will have more tests in an attempt to get the bottom of what has kept Judge from swinging a bat almost all of Spring Training.
Here we are in late February and Baseball is officially back as Spring Training games have begun. On this past edition of Sittin' Sportside Sunday (Evey Sunday Morning at 11 AM on 104.5 the Team) I discussed the first start for JA Happ and how important the showing was.

Newly acquired New York Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman has had his share of off-the-field issues this off-season. Chapman was involved in a domestic violence incident involving his girlfriend in which he fired seven gunshots into a garbage can and another through a window of his garage...
Yoenis Cespedes likes his vehicles like he does his baseball. Flashy.
Early this morning in Port St. Lucie, Florida, Cespedes arrived to spring training. And he did so in style. Check out his ride:
What do you think of Cespedes' ride...
The New York Yankees are the epitome of what a sports franchise should be. With the New York media nearly breathing down their neck after every game, it's important for players to be able to handle the pressure the media puts on them. The Yankees gave their players a crash course on Monday on how to handle the media...
Baseball is back! Well, sort of.
New York Yankees pitchers and catchers report to camp down in Tampa today as they get set to prepare for the 2016 MLB season.
This means we can start speculating who will be making the final roster and who we could expect to be called up later in the season...
