After rushing for nearly 1,000 yards in 2015 and helping Iowa advance to the Rose Bowl against Stanford, we got to get plenty familiar with Hawkeye running back Jordan Canzeri.

Canzeri, the Troy High graduate, finished the year just 16 years shy of 1,000.

What's even more impressive about his successful season is that he essentially missed three games due to injury.

Well, Canzeri was LIVE in studio with us on Thursday morning to talk about the Hawkeyes' success, the Rose Bowl experiences, how good Christian McCaffrey really is, and if the haters from the season motivated his team all year.

Furthermore, we found out what's next for Canzeri. Finding an agent, working toward the NFL combine and more.

I also asked if Canzeri has a favorite team he'd want to play for at the next level.

And lastly, Canzeri and I talked about the health of his ankle. Remember: He left the Big 10 title game against Michigan State.
