The Music Behind Siena’s Developing Game
Siena head coach Jamion Christian thrives off music. That's one reason you'll hear it played during practice, but it also serves another purpose. It's a change up at practices in Loudonville to also create an environment that requires focus from the players.
The elements of noise and distraction should prepare the Saints for the road. At least, that's the hope and it paid off in their last game away from home. Two weeks ago, Siena snapped an 11-game road conference losing streak by beating Marist and tonight they'll try to make it two in a row at Fairfield.
Back to the music. Michael Jackson is consistent on Coach Christian's playlist and while I fully approve, Rodger and I thought we'd throw out a few songs from our personal selection to see if they might make the cut at a Siena practice.
