The NFL Top Seeds Are In Play For Levack's Locks

Super Wild Card Weekend is behind us and now it starts to look like the playoff structure we're used to in the NFL. With a 2 - 1 SWP weekend my season total is FINALLY on the plus side! 25 - 24 - 2 is the new record so if I can keep winning I might even make a profit this year. Time for the One Seeds to make their post-season debuts in the Divisional round so here are my picks for all four games this weekend.

Los Angeles Rams at Green Bay Packers -6.5

The Rams pulled a strong upset against the Seattle Seahawks last week and are honestly built to give the Packers fits. I can see this looking a lot like the week 11 overtime loss to the Colts because the Colts and Rams play solid defense and run the ball. Making matters worse for the Packers is that head coach Matt LaFleur is 0-3 coming off a bye week. I think the Rams cover here.

Rams +6.5

Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills -2.5

Ravens have been on a hot streak ever since Lamar Jackson "took the Browns to the Super Bowl" and beat the Browns. One problem, the teams they have in their win streak are a combined 33-46-1. Meanwhile, in that same stretch of the schedule, the Bills are also unbeaten against opponents with a 45-31 record. I feel like the Bills are a more complete team and will prove it.

Cleveland Browns at Kansas City Chiefs -10

Browns looked great against the Steelers in the Super Wild Card Round and I think it's pretty clear they're headed in the right direction. One big problem the Chiefs are already at the target of that location. Chiefs won the Super Bowl last year and will likely repeat. Unlike the Matt LaFleur stat of 0-3 off bye weeks, Chiefs coach Andy Reid is 24-5 regular and post-season off a bye.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints -3

This has been a fun rivalry this season...if a hammer and a nail can have a rivalry. Saints swept the regular season against the Buccaneers. It's very difficult to beat a team three times in one season, difficult but not impossible.
