“The Return of Derrick Rose” Adidas Ad [VIDEO]

Adidas has released a brand new commercial about the return of my favorite basketball player.

Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose was named the NBA MVP in 2010-11.  He was considered one of the best players in the league.  An injury-plagued 2011-12 season came to an abrupt end when he tore his ACL against the Philadelphia 76ers on April 28th.  Rose injured his knee during Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs (video below).

Adidas recently released a new commercial entitled, "The Return."  I like the final comment that D-Rose makes in the ad, "All In."  This commercial can (and should) be edited down to 30 seconds.  It's a great concept but the ad drags a little bit.  It'll be interesting to see if Derrick Rose can be the same explosive player once he returns.  He relied so much on his speed and quickness.  He won't be close to the same player if that electric first step isn't the same.
