Listen to Rodger Wyland's interview with Todd Cetnar above!

Let's get into the ridiculous offseason the Giants all of a sudden have gotten themselves into! Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has no excuses next season. When the Giants signed Kenny Golloday to a 4 year $72 million contract, they gave Jones the number one wide receiver he needed. It’s a steep price to pay but Golloday wanted a long-term deal and the Giant gave him one. Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton are both good, but Golloday is next level up. Shore up the offensive line, and Jones has all needs for the Big Blue defense to roll next season.

In the below interview with Tom Rock we covered all of the free agent signings they have made and what the expectations are:

  • Kenny Golladay signing with the Giants reminds Rock of Plaxico Burress because they are in the same parts of their career but also because Daniel Jones is also at the same point of his career that Eli Manning was at the time the G-men signed Burress.
  • The Giants have a lot of pieces they like internally on the offensive line and the draft is deep at tackle. The jury is still out on the line in general but Giants are confident they have a plan
  • Losing Dalvin Tomlinson is tough but they were never going to be able to bring both of him and Leonard Williams. They chose the sacks with Williams although in due time Tomlinson could become the next Linval Joseph.
