UAlbany Lacrosse Prepares For Top Seed Maryland This Sunday [AUDIO]

UAlbany Lacrosse is having a magical year on their way to a 15 - 2 record. This Sunday the 8th ranked UAlbany Great Danes will travel to Delaware this Sunday in an attempt to not only advance to the Final Four but also to avenge one of their two losses on the season. Waiting for Head Coach Scott Marr is the # 1 ranked Maryland Terrapins.

Only a week after Albany set the attendance record for a NCAA first round Lacrosse game we spoke to Marr. Most people don't realize Scott Marr built this program from the ground up and do whatever it takes to helps his player grow in the program. You see Marr will never be the one to point out the work he's put in or what he personally means to the UAlbany program  but I will. Student athletes like Myles and Lyle Thompson came off the reservation to play for Marr and big names continue to come to or stay in Upstate New York to play for a guy that teaches and let's them grow. I hope it's a  championship year.
