UAlbany Player Goes To Giants’ Local Pro Day

University of Albany Great Danes defensive lineman Malachi Hoskins is taking the opportunity to showcase his talents at the New York Giants' Local Pro day. The Giants like many teams open the doors to camp and invite all players in the area interested in trying to get the Giants' scouts attention.

The Senior Defensive Lineman is coming off another amazing season at UAlbany:

2017: Starting defensive end was named to the All-CAA First Team. ... Had 53 total tackles (26 solo, 27 assisted), including a team-high 9.0 for a loss. ... Also was UAlbany's leader with 5.0 sacks. ... Forced four fumbles. ... Finished with 2.0 sacks against Villanova (Sept. 23) and New Hampshire (Nov. 18). ... Forced a fumble in overtime against Villanova that led to teammate Eli Mencer's 80-yard return for touchdown that finished a 19-10 victory. ... Also forced two fumbles against New Hampshire.
