It was a typical hard fought race at the Glen on Sunday. Denny Hamlin brought the # 11 FedEx Toyota home for the victory, but not without some tough racing.

Hamlin led the final 10 laps with Martin Truex Jr. in his tracks. Exiting turn 7 on the final lap, Truex had contact with the #2 of Brad Keslowski that left him spinning and out of contention for the win. That contact allowed Joey Lagano to slip into 2nd, followed by Keslowski. AJ Allmendinger brought the #47 car home in 4th and Tony Stewart rounded out the top 5.

In other notes from this weekend, Jimmy Johnson finished last (40th) for the 1st time in his career, Danica Patrick led 11 laps (the most in her Sprint Cup career), and Jeff Gordon continues to fill in for Dale Earnhardt Jr.

The most unusual moment of the weekend came in the Xfinity race where Derrick Copes car seemed to explode after pulling of the track.
