Weirdest Balk I’ve Ever Seen [VIDEO]

During last night'd Pirates/Padres game there was one of the weirdest calls I've ever seen...THREE TIMES!
Padres pitcher Colin Rea kind of stutter steps or maybe catches a spike while delivering the pitch and the ump called a Balk. Then reviewed and reversed it. In my opinion the right call was the no call but then they re-reviewed it and called it a Balk again. Padres manager Andy Green lost his mind and was ejected leaving Mark McGwire(yer that Mark McGwire) to mage his first game.
