RODGER'S QUICK TAKE: At the end of the day, after months of bitter negotiations, there will be Major League Baseball season. No one is a hero on this deal, in fact it’s been pretty pathetic listening to these two sides try to figure out. I will give props to Rob Manfred and the Owners for at least matching the 60 game schedule that the players rejected 33-5. And let’s face it Manfred needed to save his legacy. For most fans, they will quickly forget the past two months of bickering, and enjoy watching some baseball.
