Ever since the New York Yankees traded for Clint Frazier in 2016 fans have been waiting for the young outfielder to make his way to an everyday role in the majors. Frazier has speed both with his legs and his bat and is flashy. The problem has always been that there's an overabundance of talent in the outfield for the Bronx Bombers and when given opportunities Frazier hasn't played up to the high level that's expected consistently. Well outfielder/DH Giancarlo Stanton is headed to the Injured List after straining his hamstring and Clint Frazier is going to get another chance. Will he make it so the Yankees are forced to keep him with the big league club this time?

The New York Post is reporting that Clint Frazier will be called up before tomorrow's game against the Atlanta Braves. With Stanton on the 10 day IL this is a great chance for Frazier to get some playing time and hopefully make it impossible for the Yankees' General Manager Brians Cashman to send him back the minors, alternate sights or anywhere that isn't the big league Yankees.

I have a good feeling about this time for Frazier. The Yankees have suddenly struggled to score runs. Between Frazier's bat speed and our athleticism, he could be just the shot in the arm the Yankees need.

I love the kid's enthusiasm...and his Twitter game is pretty strong.
