For anyone that wondered why LeBron James "took his talents to South Beach", look no further than the Cleveland Cavaliers right now - without The King.

Um, they are really, really bad!

After Monday night's 117-90 loss to LeBron & Miami, Cleveland has now lost 21 straight games.  Oh yeah, that now makes 3 straight Heat wins over the Cavs since the 2-time MVP changed cities.

To put it in perspective, with LeBron - Cleveland lost 21 games during the entire 2009-10 regular season.   A year ago at this time, the Cavaliers beat Miami 102-86, moving to an NBA-best 40-11 at the time.  Cleveland finished 61-21 - which was the best record in the entire NBA.

Back to reality, the Cavs' current 21-game skid is the third longest single-season losing streak in NBA history. Fourteen of the Cavaliers' losses during the streak have been by double figures.

Are there any doubters as to why LeBron left Cleveland now?  How on earth did James win with those cast of characters?  Anthony Parker, Jamario Moon and J.J. Hickson?  That sounds like the cast of the 14th season of "Dancing with the Stars" - not exactly household names.

The Cavaliers are awful without LeBron!  He was the franchise in Cleveland and carried that team on his back for years.   Remember, they had the best record in the NBA with him.  This year's roster is made up of most of the same players as last year - but they now could set the record for consecutive losses in a season!

Are you mad at LeBron now for bolting Cleveland for South Beach?  Again, it's a classic case of a guy leaving a bad company for a better job elsewhere.
