The Knicks were able to contain Dwight Howard, who was held to only 8 points, but their focus down low opened up outside shots for Anderson and J.J. Redick, who added 21 points of his own.

Carmelo Anthony did return to the lineup and had a healthy 33 points, however he was a rusty 9-27 from the floor. The Knicks as a team struggled from the field, scoring at a woeful 41% clip on the night.

The loss sinks the Knicks below .500 for the season, although they are still in sole possession of second place in the Atlantic Division, 3.5 games back of the 76ers. The Knicks will look to get back to even on the season on Wednesday when they host the Steve Nash and the Suns.
