Amare Stoudemire Out Indefinitely

Amare Stoudemire is out indefinitely with a budging disc in his back. Amare’s injury is similar to the one Baron Davis suffered last year, which required a surgery that kept him out for nine months. As of now the Knicks are saying that Stoudemire will not undergo surgery, although they have not ruled it out as a possibility. Stoudemire missed the final game of the Knicks playoff series loss to the Celtics last season due to back issues.

Knicks vs. Celtics Game 1 Thoughts

If Game #1 is any indication of what’s to come in the Knicks/Celtics series, call me an NBA Playoff fan!  All I can say is, “Wow.”
