Over the weekend the Tampa Bay Rays welcomed in cute little Avril Lavigne to perform at their summer concert series, too bad they didn't realize what a foul mouthed girl she actually is.

The Yankees snapped a six-game losing streak largely thanks to Alex Rodriguez.  A-Rod went yard twice and snapped a staggering streak of his own.

You can say what you want about Manny Ramirez - quitter, cheater or wacko. I say he's a Hall of Famer.  No doubt about it.

Manny Ramirez is a dirtbag.  Instead of serving a suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs for the second time, he decided to retire.  This story should all tell us one very important thing.

Manny Ramirez has retired from baseball after failing a second drug test.  His retirement will be instead of serving a 100-game suspension and continuing in Major League Baseball’s Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

I know the season’s only a week old, but trying to make sense of the American League East standings just doesn’t make sense! I thought the A.L. East was the toughest division in baseball.  Wow, I was wrong – at least so far.

Let's face it - there are just too many professional sports teams.  The quality of play is suffering because of it. The talent pool is diluted - meaning that there aren't enough good players on each team and several players that aren't good enough to be on professional rosters. I've got a solution.
