Kevin Mench spent parts of eight seasons in the Major Leagues, belting 20 home runs or more on two separate occasions. He played for the Rangers, Brewers, Nationals and Blue Jays in his career.

He spent time with A-Rod in Texas as a member of the Rangers and joined Brady Farkas and Chris Onorato today to talk about his time playing with Rodriguez.

Mench told the guys that he enjoyed playing with A-Rod and that the slugger is the best player he's ever been around and seen in person.

That echoes most of the sentiments that we have heard about Rodriguez. That his teammates love him.

Furthermore, we also asked Mench about Brian Cole, the greatest player that we never saw according to a 2013 Sports Illustrated article. Cole was a Mets prospect that died in 2001.

Finally, we asked Mench about Tim Tebow trying to become a baseball player.
