A Young UAlbany Basketball Squad Opens Season Tonight At Iona

If UAlbany head coach Will Brown starts three freshman on Friday at Iona, it will be a first for Brown who always goes the Junior College transfer route. It’s breath of fresh air for me, because it means your building the program from the ground floor, and you’re going to have players for the full four years instead of just two. Different way of thinking for Brown, and there will be some growing pains playing young guys, but in the long run its worth it.
