Big News About The Bills Opener At Highmark Stadium

The summer has not even started, technically. As we enjoy the sunshine this week and prepare for summer to officially begin, there  is a great reason to look forward to fall in Western New York for fans of the Buffalo Bills!

In a statement from the New York State Department of Health, it was announced that the capacity for the home opener at Highmark Stadium would be 100%.

This is big news and actually gives me chills when I think about he noise and the energy that will be pouring from the stands when the Buffalo Bills take the field for the first time in front of what will no doubt be a sold out crowd in Orchard Park!

I have had the honor and the pleasure of being the public address announcer inside the stadium for the past few seasons. Last year was interesting to say the least. Speaking to a stadium with no fans inside made for a strange experience. Third downs were quiet and I could actually hear the defensive backs communicating to each other!

I can't wait to get back to the stadium and watch the Buffalo Bills but even more, the fans and the passion that they bring with them for the team!
