Did the college playoff committee get it right? - Yes they did! I have been saying since October that LSU is the best team in the country. They proved they deserved the top spot with their convincing win over Georgia. Although Ohio State is a very good team, the fact Wisconsin almost took down the Buckeyes was enough to push them to two. Clemson is the reigning national champions but the Tigers had not defeated a Top 25 team until the ACC title win over Virginia. Oklahoma proved to be the best one loss team in the country with their Big 12 title win. So yes the committee was correct in their selections and we are set up for a great college football playoff and bowl season on the way.
