Former Albany High School and Albany Academy stand out Dion Lewis had just two carries and nine yards in the New England Patriots' opening night loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. According to reports teams around the NFL have called New England's front office inquiring about trades for Dion Lewis. The former Pittsburgh Panthers running back played just six offensive snaps in the opening night loss. After being drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2015, Lewis spent time with the Eagles, Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts before signing with the Patriots on New Year's Eve 2014. Lewis' best statistical season came as a member of New England as he caught for 388 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 234 yards and two scores.
