Dion Lewis Takes High Road on Rex Ryan Comments
Earlier this week, we heard from Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan in anticipation of the Bills matchup with the New England Patriots:
Then, we heard this about how the Bills will concentrate their gameplan:
Rex Ryan is no stranger to trash talk. He's no stranger to trash talk of the Patriots. And on Tuesday, Lewis, the Albany native, had a chance to respond to Ryan's comments.
Price writes:
“He’s a great coach, with a great defense and a great team,” Lewis said. “You just have to go out there and get ready for his team.”
“I’ve still got a lot of work to do,” Lewis said. “I’ve got a lot of growing to do from the film. I’m trying to get better this week, correct some of those things I messed up in the game and try to get better this week in practice.”
The Bills and Patriots play this Sunday at 1 p.m. We'll see if Rex knows who Lewis is at the end of the day.
Lewis ran for 69 yards in the Pats' opening-season win against the Steelers. He also had 51 yards receiving.
