While all reports indicate that the New York Giants will not trade Hakeem Nicks by today's 4pm NFL trade deadline, GM Jerry Reese has not publicly ruled it out.

"We keep all of our options open," said Reese, during his press conference on Tuesday morning. "Hakeem played well this past game. We always keep all of our options open. You never say never until 4 o'clock."

Reese was further asked if other teams had been inquiring about Nicks.

"Have I been fielding a lot of calls? Only after the chatter about him wanting to be traded. I got a few calls about him. I can't talk about what my response has been."

Nicks is in the final year of his contract and has produced like a No.3 receiver, not a No.2, behind the numbers of Rueben Randle.
