The New York Giants like every other team in the NFL have been greatly effected by the COVID-19 pandemic. First year head coach Joe Judge hasn't even met most of his players face to face yet. Considering it will already be a pretty crazy year, the Giants must really hate that their 2019 first round pick Deandre Baker who they took with the 30th overall pick is in a serious amount of trouble. ESPN Giants' reporter Jordan Ranaan does his best to help us understand what actually happened between Baker, Seattle Seahawks Quinton Dunbar and four alleged victims.

The subtext behind the Baker saga of violence, lying and bribery is that Giants general manager David Gettleman could be fighting to keep his job this year. He's the man that traded Odell Beckham Jr, traded for DT Leonard Williams and drafted QB Daniel Jones as well as Baker. If these things all blow up in the face of Big Blue it could be Gettleman left holding the bag. Does Jordan Ranaan think Gettleman is safe, Baker will be a Giant this year and will there even be football this season? Listen below to hear what Ranaan thinks.
