Giants O-Line Falls Flat in Preseason Opener
Giants head coach Ben McAdoo said it wasn't all the fault of the offensive line, but still three sacks allowed in Friday night's preseason opener against the Steelers is three too many. I don't care whose fault it is, the Giants biggest offensive concern going into a new season is protecting the quarterback and three sacks doesn't show me much improvement. The Giants also need to run the ball better and running back Paul Perkins has to be better than what he showed against Pittsburgh. But again it all goes back to an ineffective offensive line.
