For the third consecutive season,I will be providing my own personal Top 25 poll each week during the college football season. My poll philosophy all season long will remain the same and that is by ranking the teams I believe are the best twenty-five best in the country following that given week’s games. Below are my rankings and comments about each week’ biggest shake-up and changes. Do you agree or disagree? Let me know below or on Twitter @TomGozz

Should I have flipped Clemson and Georgia? I know in this week's AP poll many voters flipped Clemson and Georgia at the 2 and 3 spot because of the Tigers' showing against Texas A&M. For Clemson it was a tough true road game. (College Gameday at the 12th man as well). I give the Tigers crediting for holding on and winning that game.

What team is the best in the Pac 12? That's a good question that I am still struggling to figure out. I liked Washington but the Huskies won't be tested again until 9/22 against Arizona State. Is Arizona State truly a contender in the conference because of the win over Michigan State?  The Spartans almost lost Week 1. Is Stanford good or is the Bryce Love hype giving the Cardinal national hype? Since Stanford has the quality win early in the season, I give them a slight edge over Washington.

Can Syracuse beat Florida State? - It was a boring week in the poll. This week there isn't expected to be a lot of shake up either. However my beloved Syracuse Orange could take down the Seminoles this Saturday afternoon. Could Syracuse football be 4-0 at the end of September?
