The third leg of Horse Racing's Triple Crown is this Saturday. The Belmont Stakes will feature great horses but the winner of the Kentucky Derby, Country House is not in this field. Preakness winner, War of Will is in the field but is not the favorite to win the Belmont. The favorite and the horse that NYRA's Andy Serling thinks is a sure thing is Tacitus.
