Siena men's basketball team picked up their fourth win in a row on Tuesday night with a 78-68 win over Rider at the Times Union Center. But the win for the Saints and a career night from senior Lavon Long (29pts/12reb) wasn't the story. Rather, a late game scuffle between the two teams stole the headlines. Highlighted in that melee was Rider's Anthony Durham punching Siena's Marquise Wright in the face with a left hand, followed by Rider coach Kevin Baggett running the length of the floor to seemingly challenging Wright. After the game Baggett had his players exit the Times Union floor without shaking hands with Siena...in which Siena coach Jimmy Patsos responded with an invisible handshake line. The story caught national attention on SportsCenter, Deadspin, MSN, and SB Nation, to name a few. Instead of responding to media request, Patsos instead choose to only do one interview, and that was with Big Board Sports.
