If you missed Capital Region Sports Saturday this weekend, have no fear, the podcast is here!

Here's the show breakdown (times are approximate):

0:00-0:13 - I broke down why Friday night was a great night for the Capital Region and for the Capital Region college basketball scene. Then, UAlbany head coach Will Brown joined me to talk about the Danes' opening-season loss at Kentucky, and I talked about Greenwich football, which won the Class C Regional title.

0:13-0:28 - I gave my biggest takeaways from Siena's opening-season MBB loss to Duke, and then I spoke with Sean McDonnell, the head football coach at New Hampshire. He's an Albany native and he brought his Wildcats in to face UAlbany this week. I then spoke about RPI hockey, which may have something special going on this year.

0:28-0:38 - Marcus Stroman of the Toronto Blue Jays joined the show to talk about his season, pitching at Yankee Stadium, and about the potential of Shaker HS grad Jeff Hoffman. I then gave my biggest takeaways from UAlbany-Kentucky.

0:39-END: I was joined by RPI football coach Ralph Isernia before the RPI-Union football game, and then I talked Siena WSOC w/ head coach Steve Karbowski.
