What a night it was in New York City at the 84th All-Star Game at Citi Field. It was all about Mariano Rivera, as it should have been.  Rivera ran out from the bullpen to his customary "Enter Sandman" for the bottom of the 8th inning.  And then the baseball world froze for Mo, and rightly so.  Rivera received a thundering standing ovation from fans and players and managers alike, and tipped his cap to the masses.  Then, in typical Rivera fashion, he mowed down the National League 1-2-3 to earn MVP honors.  Here is that magical, last All-Star Rivera moment:
