
New York State Fair Lineup Change! What To Know Before You Go!
Fair season is here and none is more anticipated than the Great New York State Fair! All of the food, attractions and entertainment will be there once you enter the gates in Syracuse. This year the fair offers more than 30 performers between the Chevy Park Stage and the Chevy Court Stage,
If you have already seen the lineup and are planning your visit to the New York State Fair based on a specific artist, keep reading. There has been a schedule change and we don't want you attending on the wrong date!

So far a variety of artists have been announced including Foreigner, TLC, Country musician Riley Green and Herman's Hermits, to name a few. Just this week it was announced that the "Godmother of Soul" Patti LaBelle will perform on the Chevy Court Stage on Wednesday August 31st at 6pm. This announcement forces another artist to change it's plans.
.38 Special, best known for radio favorites from the 1980's such as "Hold On loosely" and "Caught Up In You", were originally scheduled to perform on the Chevy Court Stage on Wednesday August 31 at 6pm. With the addition of LaBelle, .38 Special have rescheduled their performance to Thursday September 1st at 6pm on the Chevy Court Stage.
The New York State Fair kicks off Wednesday August 24th and will wrap up on Labor Day, Monday September 5th. Opening day now has a full lineup of entertainment with former Barenaked Ladies singer Steven Page on the Chevy Court Stage at 1pm followed by Country artist Jimmie Allen at 6pm. On the Chevy Park Stage it's back to back Rock with Plush at 2pm followed by Chevelle at 8pm.
All concerts in the Chevrolet Music Series are free with Fair admission. Let's see who else is coming to the fair.
