Yesterday we reported that Albany High School was breaking ground on its new athletic facility. This stadium will allow the Falcons football, soccer, and lacrosse teams to play home contests on campus for the first time in history.

But also in Albany yestereday? NFL Films and Senior Producer Paul Camarata, who is a CBA graduate. He was in town helping get content for a documentary on Albany High alum Charlie Leigh.

Leigh played for the 1972 Miami Dolphins team that went undefeated. The running back spent most of his time on that team on special teams.

For his career, he played in 80 games with the Dolphins, Browns, and Packers. He had two career touchdowns. There is a memorial to him in the building adjacent to Bleecker Stadium, which is where Albany High as played football for years.

You can see part of that here in Camarata's tweet:

And then you can listen to the full talk Camarata had with Armen right here!
