Siena all-time home run leader Dan Paolini joined Brady Farkas for 1045theteam.com on Tuesday morning.

Paolini, a 2011 major league draft choice of the Seattle Mariners, is currently in AA with the Jackson Generals, a Mariners affiliate.

Paolini is having success in the minors -- starting at first base and ranking second on the team in OPS (on-base + slugging). He hit 56 home runs in a Saints uniform, the most in Siena and MAAC history.

He talked about his biggest adjustments to pro ball, his position switch, answered some questions on the Mariners, and talked about his appreciation of Siena and the Capital District.
