The Peter Hooley whirlwind media circuit continued on Monday night, as Hooley traveled from Albany to Bristol, Conn. to be a part of the 11 p.m. SportsCenter.

Hooley, sandwiched between John Buccigross and Steve Levy, spoke about UAlbany, going to the tournament again, expectations, his last-second shot, and what it's been like dealing with the loss of his mother Sue, who died at the end of January.

Hooley will stay in Bristol and be on SportsCenter again at 11:20 a.m. this morning.

The Danes will practice at 3 p.m. this afternoon in preparation for their matchup with No. 3 Oklahoma. UAlbany earned a No. 14 seed in the East Region. They'll play the Sooners at 7:27 p.m. on Friday in Columbus, Ohio.

The national attention that the Danes are getting for their 51-50 America East Championship win over Stony Brook is absolutely great for the program.

It helps put the program on the national stage -- where it belongs -- after their fifth NCAA tournament berth since the 2006 season.
